A new initiative at MLL is to help Professional Sportsmen / women to prepare for the world of work. Colin Perry has developed a special 6 month Coaching programme to prepare players coming to the end of their active career prepare for work. Both codes of Rugby are very interested in the programme as it appears that there is limited help available.
